In order that they be a matching pair, we ordered two pieces essentially the same size and framed identically. This was the first order we have placed with your company and hence our first experience to observe your reproduction option: Canvas Giclee Print (with varnish). Although we did our shopping "long distance via the internet," we are pleased with the appearance of our option. Upon seeing the actual material, we are also pleased with our choice of framing. The tools on your website for determining a framing option were very accurate and useful. When we examined the framing workmanship however, we were quite disappointed with this picture. The upper left, and to a lesser degree the upper right joint are clearly not done nearly as well as the two lower joints or on all four joints on the other piece. In our opinion when a picture frame joint is well-done, the joint is barely detectable. The upper two joints on this piece are clearly not as well done as the two lower joints. So that we may be entirely satisfied with our purchase, it is our hope that we would be able to return this piece for proper reframing. We want to establish a solid relationship with your company because there are other pieces we would like to order in the near future.
