After several days waiting I found an e-mail from UPS saying they were unable to deliver as they did not have the full address. It transpires that on your address field there is not a box asking for a house number and that what was missing. I eventually spoke to someone at UPS and the situation was sorted out. £9.95 POSTAGE was excessive after waiting over a week for delivery. Print looks very good, Thanks |

The print arrived on time and I am happy with the quality of YOUR work. I am, however, a little disappointed that the picture you used was definitely on the dark side on the right. Not your fault because Bellotto produced several versions of the scene and what I got was not quite as expected. I am replacing a version of the picture which has been badly varnished; I suspect it is a copy of the version held in Houston. Nonetheless I will get what you have sent stretched and hopefully varnished. I am pleased with what you have done - not your fault that I am disappointed. |
